You directly provide Melodics with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

- Use our core Applications.
Melodics may also receive your data indirectly via our hardware partners.

Melodics securely stores your data at Amazon Web Services data centers. Melodics will keep your Personal Information for 2 years, after the point where a user fully disengages from our Websites and Apps. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing all Personal Information such that it can not be de-anonymised.
Marketing
Melodics would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Melodics from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please get in touch with us via our website.
